A Construction Fire Risk Assessment is a systematic and structured assessment of the fire risk for a construction project.
It is completed to express the current level of fire risk, determine the adequacy of existing fire precautions, and determine the need for and nature of any additional fire precautions.
An often-overlooked document for a construction project, a fire risk assessment is a legally required document which must be updated throughout the project.
Construction Traffic Management Plan
A Construction Traffic Management Plan is a document which details the methods that need to be implemented to manage a project in relation to how vehicles and pedestrians can move around safely on site.
We will request pre-construction information to help us write the construction traffic management plan; this may include logistics plans, construction management plans, planning information etc.
Construction Management Plan
A Construction Management Plan is a plan that outlines the proposed building works to be undertaken and how the Client / Contractor intends to manage the project to minimise the impact on the local residents during the works.
It is important to note that this plan is not the same as a Construction Phase Plan, albeit there is considerable overlap due to this document detailing how the Principal Contractor will plan, manage, monitor and coordinate their works throughout the construction phase.
Review of Safe Systems of Work (RAMS)
